I meet many expats in the course of my working week and while I am organizing their visas or driver's licenses many of them ask me to look out for a house for them to rent or buy.  Make no mistake, I am not a Real Estate agent and don't have their large selection of houses on the books, but having lived here in Cebu for 2 years, I do know which areas of Cebu are nice to live in and also know some of those undiscovered "location gems" which you will never find on your own. Cebu Expat Real Estate is just an added service to our customers.

This page will grow as time goes on, so don't despair if you don't find what you're looking for on your first visit.  Oh, and one more thing, I don't use phrases like "ocean glimpses", which means you can just vaguely see a small patch of sea if you jump up and down on the upstairs balcony. I will attempt to keep the descriptions as factual and critical as possible.
