This is a house I looked at while trying to find a place for my best friend who is in the UK. It was a little outside his budget, but the house was so good I had to tell him that it was my recommendation. It was head and shoulders above anything else I saw in and around the Consolacion area!!!
Why didn't he rent it ? After agreeing a furnished rental price with the father of the owner who is working in UK, I was told there was an error, and the price went up quite a bit. I said "no thanks" and rented another place for my friend that I had seen earlier. However, common sense prevailed on the overseas owner and she agreed to let me have it at the previously agreed price. Unfortunately by then I had already signed another lease. She was very apologetic and I agreed to put her house on my site - I don't believe she will make the same mistake twice.
It is a detached, single story, 3 bedroom house in Jugan about 3km from the town centre. Built in mid 2008, it is constructed of top quality materials and has many expensive European fittings. Spotless inside and out and set among other large, high end houses.
Large sala accessed through double entrance doors, leading to separate dining/kitchen room. The kitchen is very modern with granite work tops and beautiful fittings. The main bedroom is large with A/C and ensuite bathroom and both the other 2 good size bedrooms are airconditioned. At the front is a small, well kept garden beside a large gated car port and at the rear is a large area for plat, BBQs, etc.
All of the furniture is high end, good quality stuff and not at all the type of things seen in most rental properties.
